Our next TDJ which I had the opportunity to dance to her wonderful set a few years ago in Narathon in İstanbul. I remember the feeling well. Last day of the marathon and despite the fact the dancers were already spent she played so well that the energy just exploded and we all needed a stretcher to be carried out of the dance floor . She is no other than Gabriela İoana Manea.

Passionate tango dancer and traveller, Gabriela is for several years a regular presence among international TDJs. Gabriela likes mixing tango energies from all decades, but she always remains loyal to the Golden Age. "I'm a dancer first and foremost and I am a story-teller. I like playing with dancers' emotions and creating new stories on the dance floor. I take most of my inspiration from the dancers, I like to think the DJ is just an extension of them, tuning constantly to their energy. My number 1 rule: never forget a DJ is at the service of the dancers. I'm a traditional DJ but I like to create contrasts, I'm a romantic but always ready to heat things up with groovy cortinas".
