Participants can only register for themselves.

They have to fill out the registration form with valid, up-to-date information. Having completed this, they will be able to select their packages.

When registering couples must fill in the name of their partner but the partner also needs to register themselves and fill in the gender  for us to maintain the gender balance 

Registration cannot be transferred to another person.

Please register under your name since ID check may be required at your arrival.

Confirmed participation cannot be transferred to another person.

No-refund policy once your fees are paid

Tangomim 6 tangoNar  has the right to alter the program of the event including shows and DJ's 

Tangomim 6 Tango Nar  team will have the right to refuse service to any registered participant with bad and unacceptable behavior during the festival and NO REFUND will be given.

Those who makes a room reservation directly with marathon  Hotels, Yücel Hotel, Vanilla Hotel, Letoon Hotel and Erciyes Hotel without registering with us  will not be admitted to the event.
